Zara Tanzania Adventures Free Safari Package: Terms and Conditions
- 1. The free safari package offer is provided by Zara Tanzania Adventures.
- 2. To be eligible for the free safari package, participants must book a qualifying tour package with Zara Tanzania Adventures between April 1, 2024 and April 31, 2024.
- 3. The free safari package includes [details of the package].
- 4. The free safari package is valid for travel on mutually agreeable dates between May 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024 subject to blackout dates and availability.
- 5. The free safari package does not include flights, travel insurance, destination fees, food (other than while on safari where meals are included), alcoholic drinks, transfers, car rentals, excess baggage fees, or any other personal expenses.
- 6. The prize is non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and has no cash redemption value or cash alternative.
- 7. Winners must accept the Prize by replying to the email notification within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
- 8. Dream Yacht Worldwide reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breach of or non-compliance with these Terms or the submission of any material containing obscenity, defamation, an invasion of privacy, or other objectionable content.
- 9. Zara Tanzania Adventures may vary or amend these Terms, change the Prize, or terminate this Competition without prior notice.
- 10. Zara Tanzania Adventures takes no responsibility for any Entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
General
- 1. Your entry and participation in the Competition will also be subject to the Zara Tanzania Adventures terms and conditions of usage found at terms and conditions.
- 2. Zara Tanzania Adventures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms or to withdraw, amend, cancel the Competition at any time and without notice.
- 3. By entering, your personal information (including your name, email address, country of residence, and telephone number) will be collected, stored, and processed by Zara Tanzania Adventures in a database for the purposes of managing the Competition. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms or as separately accepted by you.
- 4. By submitting an Entry, you consent to the use of your Entry on Zara Tanzania Adventures and associated social media channels and other Zara Tanzania Adventures company websites.
- 5. The Winners agree to take part in all reasonable Competition-related publicity as requested by Zara Tanzania Adventures.
- 6. Neither Zara Tanzania Adventures nor any Zara Tanzania Adventures company shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
- 7. This Competition is governed by Tanzania laws and any dispute arising from this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzania courts.
